Fellow parents beware! The lack of option to restore your purchase (aka subscription) from within the Parents app can prove frustrating. Moving to a new iPad or trying to load your already purchased magazines on other devices is impossible without this functionality. Parents Magazine developers: include this functionality for a higher customer satisfaction and iTunes rating. -Disgruntled Parent
I purchased a 1-year subscription to this magazine and I have never been able to download an issue without paying the individual issue fee. What a waste of money! I contacted Apple and they told me to contact the developer. So I did. It takes days to hear back from them, and when I finally do their advice is obvious and what I have already tried. I have never had a problem with any other magazine! Dont waste your money!
took several months and a lot of irate customers but Meredith Corp/itunes finally did the right thing by allowing their customers re-downloads/continuation of their paid subscriptions. FINALLY.
Have subscribed for a few years, always run into problems where new issues are not available for reading. Contacted the support for fixing it and was able to do so. Since 2015 March issue, every issue is not available and keeps asking for buying it for another $3.49. Customer support not replying email. Would not recommend subscribing.
Once you subscribe and have a problem with the App they say that is not their fault but direct you on iTunes. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!
